How to Get to the GTI Asia China Expo 2025: Directions & Transit?
Ways to the Show: The Canton Fair Complex is conveniently located and easily reachable by various modes of transport:
- Airport Express Shuttle Bus: Direct service to the Canton Fair Complex during the expo, approximately 50 minutes. Look for designated pickup zones at both the airport and complex.
- Metro: Take Line 3 (North Extension) from Airport South Station → transfer to Line 3 at Tiyu Xilu Station → transfer to Line 8 at Kecun Station → alight at Xingangdong Station (Area A) or Pazhou Station (Areas B & C). Journey time: about 60 minutes.
- Taxi/Ride-Hailing: Readily available for direct travel to the complex. The ride typically takes 40-50 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
- Direct Line: The Pazhou Complex is served directly by Metro Line 8. (Note: The original Line 2 has been split; ensure you take Line 8 directly.)
- Area A: Xingangdong Station, Exit A
- Area B: Pazhou Station, Exits A/B
- Area C: Pazhou Station, Exit C
- Key Stops: “Pazhou Stop” (near Pazhou Metro Station) and “International Exhibition Center Stop”
- Routes: Express B7, 229, 239, 262, 304, 461A, 461, 582, 763, University Town Route 3, Tourism Bus 3, Night 66, Night 70
- For those unfamiliar with Guangzhou, taking a taxi or ride-hailing service (e.g., Didi) is recommended for convenience.
- Always ask for a receipt from taxi drivers, which includes the taxi number and customer service details in case of lost items.
- It’s advisable to prepare small change if you plan to use taxis.
