E1: Part of the coin acceptor problem

  • Unplug the coin plug to check whether it is normal. If it is normal, it should be a coin acceptor problem or a normally closed normally open dial error; If it is abnormal, it should be a motherboard problem or a short circuit between the signal wire and the negative wire.

E2: Gift failure

  • No gifts, reset after adding coke etc..
  • Check whether the coke is neatly placed and whether it rolls off normally.

  • If there is no problem with the plug, unplug the receiving end of the four wires, check whether the fault is resolved.If resolve,it’s optical eye problem;If not,it’s motherboard problem.

  • Need to add the ticket and reset.
  • The lottery machine is normally closed and normally open is wrong dial. The default is normally open;or the ticket machine problem, replace the part.
  • Motherboard problem.

E7: Drop ball failure

  • Whether the ball was dropped after the error was reported.
  • The ball is dropped before the error was reported. In this case, there is ball optical eye problem or reset optical eye problem.
  • The ball cannot be dropped before the error is reported. This is because the motor and the transmission structure or the motor is not powered enoug to cause the ball to be unable to drop. The motor is powered by the SCR board controlled by the main board to ensure the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. (Reset the machine before reporting the error to see if the LED6 of the SCR can be red for about 2 seconds. If it can indicate that the motherboard is normal (if not,it’s the motherboard problem), it is the SCR board or motor problem, which needs to be replaced or measured by a multimeter.

E8: Close ball failure

  • Whether the ball is closed after the error is reported.
  • The ball is closed before the error was reported. In this case, there is ball optical eye problem or reset optical eye problem.
  • The ball cannot be closed before the error is reported. This is because the motor and the transmission structure or the motor is not powered enoug to cause the ball to be unable to drop.   • The machine is not powered on, no display, no sound.
  • First check if the red power switch is lit.
  • ①If no lighting,that means the 220V has not come in, check whether the power socket, power cord, filter, and air switch have tripped.
  • ②If lighting, the power box or the motherboard is faulty.First check whether the power box is on.If the power box does not light up,means that’s power box problem/or the wire connection problem between red switch to the power box. If the power box lights up, that means the motherboard is faulty or the load is short-circuited.
  • No sound, but the game can be played.
  • Motherboard or speaker problem, first check the speaker cable.
  • The game sound is normal,but there is no display.
  • Problem between the motherboard and the digital tube, first check the motherboard and the connecting plug wire of the digital tube.
